Passengers younger than 18 years who reside in France and depart from France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French West Indies, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, St. Barthelemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon or Wallis and Futuna Isl. not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian must have: an exit authorization form obtained at and signed by a parent/legal guardian, and a copy of the identity document of the parent/guardian. WARNING! In accordance with European Union (EU) Legislation, all minors who are nationals of France and depart from Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Romania or a Schengen Member State must have their own travel document that meets the entry requirements of their destination.
